  • 1 cup fresh basil, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts (lightly toasted)
  • 1/3 cup fresh parmesan
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put basil, broth & pine nuts in processor - add oil. Stir in Parmesan. Store in refrigerator.
