Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. polish sauage, sliced
- 5 cups water, divided
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium-size onion, chopped
- 2 medium-size potatoes, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer sausage in 2 cups water 30-45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
