Ingredients

  • 1 can white water packed tuna
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 t curry (or your favorite spice)
  • 1 T Buckwheat Pancake mix (I got small amount at bulk food store)
  • 1 T chopped onion

Cooking time 15mins

Preparation

Step 1

Drain tuna place in a bowl and mix everything together with a fork.
Form 2 patties.
Grill both sides in a non stick Pam sprayed skillet over medium heat.
