Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 (12-ounce) package dark chocolate chips, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl.
Stir brown sugar into peanut butter mixture until combined. Add baking mix and 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips, stirring just until moistened. Spread mixture on lightly greased 10x15-inch rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1-1/4 cups dark chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate melts. Spread or drizzle melted chocolate over top of cookies. Cut into triangles, bars, or squares.
