S'mores Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbs Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Baking stevia OR 1/2 cup sweetener of choice that measures like sugar 1
  • 1/8 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup Egg white substitute
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate graham cookies, crushed or broken into bite size pieces 1
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. (If using foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray).
2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl, (except for the marshmallows and chocolate chips) and stir until everything is well combined. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and stir to break granola apart. Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, or until granola is crisp.
3. Let cool completely, and add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
