BURRATA BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients

  • 2/8 oz pieces of burrata, cut in half
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peppers
  • 1/4 cups castevalo olives, chopped
  • 4 3 inch long 1/2 inch thick cut italian bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped
  • 2 T maldon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together tomatoes, olives, peppers, olive oil, salt and basil
Arrange bread on a platter, place cheese across spoon tomato mixture on top and serve
