Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 2 cooked, cubed chicken breast
  • 1 can (15 oz) vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced baby carrots
  • 1/4 cop chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • Celery salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp Earth Balance margarine
  • 2 cans (15 oz) chicken broth
  • 1/2 pkg extra wide egg noodles
  • Salt to taste



Step 1

Cook carrots and onions in vegetable broth with bouillon cubes, celery salt and poultry seasoning
until vegetables are tender. Heat Earth Balance with flour till smooth. Add small amount of chicken
broth and stir. Add this to vegetable mixture. Add chicken cubes and remove from heat with lid on
pot while cooking the egg noodles in boiling chicken broth until tender. Add salt to taste. When noodles are tender combine all ingredients. Stir together and serve.
