Ingredients
- 3 c cooked chicken diced
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 can cream of chicken soup ( undiluted)
- Topping
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 c cornmeal
- 1 c buttermilk pancake mix
- 2 c shredded chedder cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the first four ingredients and place in a 13x9 pan or 2 qt casserole
Combine all but the cheese. Blend and fold in cheese, spoon on top of the hot chicken mixture. Bake uncovered in preheated overn for
375 20-30 min
Can cook longer til top is brown.
