Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 Cups Cooked Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 Stick Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1/3 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Step 1
Peel, slice and cook the sweet potatoes. Drain. Mash with a hand mixer. Add,
Sugar, salt butter, vanilla, milk and eggs. Mix well. Put in a casserole.
Mix the brown sugar, self-rising flour, 1/3 stick of butter and chopped pecans.
Cover the top of the potatoes with this. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown with a crunchy topping. You can also substitute canned sweet potatoes in this recipe.
