Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 6 large onions, (thinly sliced)
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce (chopped)
- 1/2 tea.salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook, tossing frequeenly, about 20-25 minutes or until onions are goiden. Stir in chipotle chiles, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes longer to let the flavors blend.
