Baked Chicken Breast with Chipped Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 sm jar chipped beef (jar of Armour or pkg of Buddig)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Butter baking dish & spread beef over bottom. Lay chicken on top of beef & sprinkle with pepper. Mix sour cream, soup, cheese & parsley. Spoon over chicken breasts.

Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hr - 1 hr 15 min depending on size of breasts.
