Ingredients
- 2 - 40 oz cans sweet potatoes (mashed up)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs (well beaten)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- Topping
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cups butter
- 2/3 cups flour
- 2 cups pecan halves
- Half Recipe
- 1-40 oz can sweet potatoes (mashed up)

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Follow mixing and backing instructions above.

Step 1
Mix the ingredients together. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 pan.
Prepare Topping
Topping Directions:
Mix together and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
