Sunday Dinner Steak

Ingredients

  • 6-8 cubed steaks
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup with liquid
  • 1 medium onion sliced thin
  • 1 can franco American beef gravy
  • 1 gravy can of water
  • flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. dredge steak in flour and dash of pepper
2. in pan brown lightly in hot oil.
3. in greased 9x13 pan sprinkle dry soup mix over top and cover with mushroom soup. pour gravy on top and cover lightly with foil
4. bake at 250 degree oven for 3-4 hours
serve with mashed potatoes
