Ingredients
- ● 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
- ● 1 tsp garlic salt
- ● 1/4 tsp pepper
- ● 1/2 cup sour cream
- ● 2 1/2-3 baking potatoes, 6 pot=2 1/2 lb, 12 pot=5 lb
- ● 2 tbsp butter/margarine
- ● paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream til smooth; smooth aside.
2. Boil potatoes, mash til fine lumps.
3. Add sour cream, beat til fluffy and smooth.
4. Spoon into 2 qt casserole.
5. Dot with butter/ sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake, covered in 400 degree for 25 min.
May make day before and refrigerate. ( cook for 50 min if refrigerated)
7. Uncover and bake for 10 min or til top golden brown.
