Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C boiling water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 C (1 pkg)California Blend vegetables
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 Can Cheddar Cheese soup
- (could also substitute 1 lb Velveeta cheese and can of chicken soup in place of cheddar cheese soup)
- Can also add onion to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add frozen vegetables. Bring to boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in cheese soup mix. Add milk, stir and reheat on low. Can add parley. Serve hot.
