Marshy Blueberry Muffins

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 t b powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c blueberries
  • 2 t sugar



Step 1

on low speed, cream butter, sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Combine flour, b powder, salt. Combine milk and vanilla, add alternately to the creamed mixture. Mash 1/2 c berries and stir into the mixture. Then stir in the remaining 2 c berries.

grease muffin tim well with butter or spray. Also grease the top of the muffin tins.

Fill each cup almost to the top. sprinkle with the sugar.
