Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 c cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 c greek yogurt
  • 1/2 t cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1/4 c + 2t stevia
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients but the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.

2. Bake 10 minutes, add the rest of the chocolate chips on top and bake another 2-5 minutes or until done.
