Ingredients
- 2 # ground beef
- 1 , 28 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 , 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 2 c. chopped red or green peppers
- 2 beef boullion cubes (I use paste)
- 1/8 c brown sugar (packed)
- 2 t salt
- 1 t ground black pepper

Step 1
In dutch oven or stock pot, brown the ground beef about 10 min. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer until peppers are tender, 35-40 minutes.
