Ingredients
- 2 - Eggs beaten
- 1 PKG - Frozen spinach
- 1/4 C - Heavy cream
- 1 - Garlic clove (minced)
- 2 TBS - Salsa (medium)
- 1 C - Monterey Jack grated cheese
- 1/3 C - Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 OZ - Green chiles
- 7 OZ - Green chile salsa
- 6 - Flour tortillas
- 1 - Tomato (diced)
- 1 C - Cheddar cheese (grated)

Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Add 2 TBS green chile salsa and place in saucepan. Warm over medium heat until cheeses melt. Fill each tortilla with 1/6 of mix. Divide tomato evenly between each totilla and fold on one iover the other. Sprinkle with cheddar and remaining salsa. Place in lower rack of broiler and broil app 10 minutes. ( Do not allow tortillas to become crisp). Top with grated onion, picante sauce, and sour cream.
