Ingredients
- 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/2 t fine salt
- 3 c rolled oats
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- Yogurt and berries

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients. Fold in oats and peanuts. Bake on rimmed baking sheet at 300, tossing occasionally until golden brown, 30-40 mins, let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Serve with yogurt and berries.
