Mini-Muffin Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • 16-oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and paper
  • non-stick spray
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup horseradish
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives (garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 deg and heat mini-muffin tin for a few minutes.

Toss potatoes with flour. Add egg and stir. Season

Bake 9-10 minutes.
Flip and bake another 9-10 minutes.

Serve with ketchup, applesauce, or horseradish sauce.
