Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef (browned)
• 3 eggs (beaten)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 2/3 cups potato buds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together except the potato buds and cheese. Put into a 9 x 13 inch dish and bake for 1 hour. Mix potato buds according to directions on box (8 serving size). Spread on baked meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
