Ingredients

  • 4 large plum tomatoes (about 1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
  • 3 T fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp jalapeno, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juicd
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
