  • 1 cup chopped shrimp, chicken or pork
  • 1 sm carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cut green beans
  • 1 sm cut cabbage
  • 1 sm red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Oriental Noodles



Step 1

In Dutch Oven heat cooking oil, add garlic and onions; stir until garlic is brown. Add meat, water and alll vegetables. Cover and simmer until done. Wash noodles with hot water and add them to the cooked veggies Stir and mix well with soy sauce. Cook until noodles are soft. Garnish with green onion if desired.
