Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Mix all topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture before baking. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
