Ingredients
- 7 ounces skim milk
- 1/4 cup splenda
- 9 ounces frozen sliced peaches
Preparation
Step 1
All you do is mix the milk with the splenda to dissolve it
Pulse for approx.. 8-10 seconds to break up peaches, then hold down the pod for 30
seconds. Serve
