Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3-5 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Step 1
1. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add more milk if desired for a creamer texture. Shape into ball and roll in peanuts. Chill several hours or overnight. This is great served with apple wedges dipped in lemon juice or whole wheat crackers.
