Strawberry Rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Rhubarb cut into 1/4 in pieces
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 package small 3-4 oz strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

put rhubarb and sugar in pot on low heat until liquid forms then put on high heat until it starts to boil. Lower heat snf boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat add strawberry jello mix until jello melt. Put in jar.

8 make sure rhubarb is dry.
