Ingredients

  • 3 T EVOO
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin tips
  • 1 lb sliced baby bells (or 16 oz can mushrooms with liquid)
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c red wine

Preparation

Step 1

In lg skillet over med high heat, heat oil & brown beef cubes with garlic & mushrooms. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper & red wine. Cook add'l 30 min until beef is tender. Add a little more wine while cooking if desired.
