Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups croutons
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 IB sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

-Place croutons in greased 8x8 pan.
-Top with cheese.
-Cook sausage until browned, drain and pour over cheese.
-Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, mushroom soup, and mushrooms then pour over sausage mixture.
-Refrigerate over night and bake at 300 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
