  • 16 oz. bag of broccoli slaw
  • 1-2 bunches of scallions (chopped green and white_
  • 1 cup toasted silvered almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 2 pkg. Ramen beef noodle soup (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 2 pkg. Whyler's Instant Beef Broth



Step 1

Toss salad ingredients together. Crumble (dry) Ramen noodles, add dressing and toss at least 20 minutes ahead of serving. Several hours in advance is fine. Also great the next day noodles are just not as crunchy
