Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

These 5 ingredient cheesecake stuffed strawberries are simple to make and a lot less time consuming than making a whole cheesecake.

Ingredients

• ◾1 lb lg. strawberries
• ◾8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• ◾3-4 Tbs. powdered sugar
• ◾1 tsp. vanilla extract
• ◾graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1.Rinse strawberries, remove the tops and clean out the insides with a paring knife.

2.In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.

3.Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag.

4.Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture then dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.

5.Refrigerate until serving.
