Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesause
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 5 pitted dates chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350
Lightly grease 9 x13 backing sheet
In large mixing bowl , blend bananas, flaxseed, applesauce, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg until smooth.
Add oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, dates, and cranberries to the banana mixture. Transfer to baking sheet, press down evenly. Drizzle honey over top.
Back until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 min. Cut and store in airtight container.
