Ingredients
- serves 8 ( 1 slider = 4 points+)
- 3 T. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 12 oz. ground beef (93% lean)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. reduced-fat shredded cheddar
- 8 slider buns ( 2 points each)
- 3 T. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 8 lettuce leaves
- pickle slices
- 4 slices, fully cooked bacon, quartered

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 8 patties. Grill until desired doneness. Top with cheese and let melt. Serve on buns with toppings.
