Ingredients
- Cream: 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- Add: 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1
I use cookie scoop (small) and then roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment. Bakie 10 to 12 mins. at 350 Degrees. Take out of the oven before cookie flattens for a better cookie.
