Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 1 c Crisco
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 t salt
  • 5 T ice cold water
  • 1 T white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and Crisco till crumbly. Do NOT use a mixer - do by hand. Add egg and salt. Mix vinegar and water and add to flour mixture. Handle minimally. Work into 2 balls, wrap in saran wrap and chill. Roll out.
