Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz) boxes of chopped broccoli
  • 1 (103/4oz) can of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing Mix



Step 1

Cook broccoli according to pkg directions, drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Add to broccoli. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour melted margarine over cheese. Spread stuffing mix on top. Bake uncovered for 45 mins at 350°F.
