Ingredients
- 3 T mayo
- 1/4 t lemon juice
- 1/8 t dill weed
- 1/8 t seafood seasoning
- Dash salt & pepper
- 1/4 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 T thinly sliced green onion
- 1 T finely chopped celery
- 1 1\2 t diced pimentos
- 1 head Belgian endive, separated into leaves

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in shrimp, onion, celery& pimentos. Spoon 1 T onto each endive leaf. Refrigerate until serving.
