Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 lg. apples, cut in small pieces
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, eggs, and butter in mixer at medium speed. Add mixed flour, apples, and nuts. Beat well. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350°F. Use stick butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar for glaze. Combine and boil for 2 minutes and apply to cake while hot.
