Ingredients
- 1 high fiber tortilla
- 2 Tbls pizza sauce
- 3 Tbls reduced fat Italian cheese (mozzarella)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 sliced green pepper rings or 1/3 c chopped
- 1/4 cup slivered red onion
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Prerheat overn 425 degrees
Place the tortilla on baking pan and spray lightly with cooking spray. Beke for 4 minutes or until lightly crisped. While tortilla is baking, place a paper towel on the microwave-safe plate, spread the mushrooms and bell pepper on the paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
Remove tortilla from the oven- top with sauce and cheese, then mushrooms, pepper and onion. Add oregano over pizza and sprinke with Parmesan. Bake for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisped to liking.
