Dinnertime Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tortellini or ravioli
  • 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli, florets
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the remaining ingredients; saute 5 to 6 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.

Stir in the cooked pasta and reduce the heat to low. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes, then serve.
