1-2-3 Cake in a Mug

• 1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix
• 1 Box of Any Other Flavor Cake Mix
• 3 Tbs. Dry Mix
• 2 Tbs. Watee

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2 boxes of dry cake mix in a bowl. One of the cake mixes MUST be an Angel Food Cake mix but the other can be any flavor you like. Mix well and store in a zip lock bag or other tight container. When you get a sweet tooth, mix 3 Tbs. of the dry mix and 2 Tbs. water in a microwave safe mug and cook on high for 1 minute. Top with fruit or ice cream for a special treat.
