Best Pizza Sauce

The best pizza sauce ever (and it just happens to taste just like Pizza Hut’s). Only 5 minutes of prep, and 45 minutes of simmer time.

Ingredients

• 1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce
• 1/4 cups Water
• 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
• 1/4 teaspoons Dried Basil
• 1/4 teaspoons Driel Thyme
• 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
• 1/4 teaspoons Salt
• 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
• 1 whole Dried Bay Leaf
• 1/4 teaspoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes until reduced and thickened.

Yield: 1 cup sauce, enough for two 16-inch pizzas.
