Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 large garlic cloves (sliced into large pieces)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk/mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl until well blended.
Pour marinade over chicken to cover.
Refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
