Ingredients
- 2 c chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 c shredded cheese, divided
- 1 c salsa, divided
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, sour cream, q cup of the cheese, 1/4 cup of the salsa, the cilantro and cumin until well blended. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-side down, in 9x13" baking dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup salsa. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with green onions just before serving.
