- 1-2 TBLS BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4-1/2 CUP OJ
- RAISINS
- RUM

Step 1
MELT BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR UNTIL BUBBLY AND SUGAR HAS DISSOLVED
ADD OJ AND RAISINS AND SIMMER UNTIL THE RAISINS SOFTEN (I USUALLY USE GOLDEN RAISINS)
REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT AND ADD RUM TO TASTE
SIMMER TO BURN OFF THE ALCOHOL AND ADD ANOTHER DOB OF BUTTER JUST BEFORE SERVING.
