RITZ CRACKER DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 60 ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 lb margarine, melted
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream
  • 1-1/3 cup milk
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 2 boxes instant pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crushed crackers and melted margarine. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Combine ice cream, milk and pudding; mix well. Spread over cracker mixture. Top with cool whip by spreading. Chill in refrigerator or freeze until set.

Flavor with pudding and ice cream in any flavor you desire.
