Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 box ready made pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Place one pie crust in pie pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Mix together undiluted soup, canned vegetables, diced chicken and seasonings.
Pour mixture into pie shell and cover with the second crust.
Crimp edges and make slits in the top crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
