Rustic Rub

Ingredients

• 6 T salt
• 8 T (1/2 c) paprika
• 3 T cayenne
• 5 T freshly ground black pepper
• 6 T garlic powder
• 3 T onion powder
• 2 1/2 T oregano
• 2 1/2 T thyme

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Store in airtight container.
