  • 16 whole Eggs
  • 4 cups all purpose Flour
  • 1/4 lb. granulated Sugar
  • 1 qt. whole Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 oz. melted Butter
  • 1/4 oz. Salt
  • dash Grand Marnier
  • dash Rum



Step 1

Combine eggs, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.
Gradually add flour, alternating with milk and water and mix until smooth.
Mix in melted butter, rum and Grand Marnier.
Strain through China cap.
Use a 6 oz ladle to make crepe and cover with plastic wrap to keep moisture in when they are cooked.
